Documentation is ready

I have finished working on the brief Documentation. All API functions are documented. Tutorial is not really complete, it deserves more than just a brief explanation how to start with CMSity. However I think I will be expanding it while getting feedback from you.

Documentation begins with rough explanation what is CMSity and how it works. On the right white bar you can find links to API function groups. This explains all API functions you can use trough-out the templates.

There is also short tutorial beginning with "getting started" with bundled templates, moving further to templating subjects.

I hope you will find the documentation useful. I appreciate any feedback regarding it, and all the spelling errors I did, being not native English speaker sorry
