Requirements

CMSity requires PHP 4.x or 5.x and ionCube Loader PHP extension module enabled and optionally mod_rewrite (for Apache or lighttpd), IonicIsapiRewrite (for IIS) for friendly URLs and MySQL 4.x, 5.x DBMS.

License agreement

This license (the "License") is a legal agreement between you
and Adam Strzelecki (the "Author") for the use of CMSity (the "Software").
By downloading the Software you agree to be bound by the terms
and conditions of the License.
The Author reserves the rights to alter this agreement at any time,
for any reason, without notice.

PERMITTED USE
You are granted by the License to:
* Use the Software on a website any purpose, including commercial
  activities.
* Modify, or extend any portion of the Software for your own use, except
  bundled cmse.php file (the "Engine") and bundled license.txt file
  (the "License File").
* Make copies of the Software for back-up purposes.
* CMSity Free: Use the software without fee.
* CMSity Pro: Alter the License File as stated upon purchase to enable full
  feature set of the Software.

RESTRICTIONS
Unless granted prior by the Author, you may not:
* Use the software to provide hosting services for the others.
* Reproduce, transfer or resell any portions of the Software to the others.
* Reproduce, transfer or resell the modified or derivative version of the
  Software to the others.
* Grant any rights to the Software to the others.
* Remove any copyright notices present within the Software files.
* Modify (crack) the Engine or the License File in order to obtain
  unauthorized CMSity Pro functionality.
* CMSity Pro: Use the software on the web server having host name different
  than the one assigned to the License File.

ADAM STRZELECKI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE,
INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ADAM STRZELECKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM
LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE
OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE
OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
